Mr. Beguiristain will play a key role in the development operations and overseeing the sales and marketing program of this project. He will report to Brian Hinners in construction and Tom Hinners in marketing and sales. He will provide direction, coordination, supervision and monitor the performance of the Marketing, Leasing, and Sales Department. He will articulate a clear vision for organizational staff to follow. He will motivate and enable them so they understand the part they play in achieving organizational goals In construction operation he will develop financial proformas, work with design professionals, match product design with customer demand, and will monitor and inspect contractor activities.
