Auburn Group is a leader in providing innovative soluitions to address the need for affordable and workforce housing. Over the years we have developed workforce housing communities and submitted seventeen successful Housing Tax Credit applications to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation resulting in construction of 4,118 Tax Credit apartments. In addition, we have successfully applied to Florida Housing for $31,283,000 in SAIL or HOME funding for these seventeen developments, $14,089,000 in grants or favorable loans from City and County government, and several favorable Affordable Housing Loans from the City and County government, and have maintained an excellent long term relationship with Florida Housing, which is critical to receiving funding.
