Public Private Partnerships can be an excellent vehicle for meeting the needs of attainable housing and neighborhood revitalization. It takes good communication, collaboration, and a shared vision to acheive the greastest results. We have developed communities with public partners that have demonstrated the promise of such relationships. We have learned through experience that all parties have a value to add. This value is the result of hard work and mutual respect.
