Project Roles :
  • Direct all aspects of the project. He will provide direction, coordination, supervision and monitor the performance of all departments - including the finance and accounting department, the construction management & operations department, human resources department, and the marketing/leasing/sales department. He will articulate a clear vision for organizational staff to follow. He will motivate and enable them so they understand the part they play in achieving organizational goals.
