Throughout that time, we have maintained an excellent relationship with Florida Housing Finance Corporation, county governments and local municipalities. As a result of Tom Hinners's unique background in tax law and real estate development, our company was one of the first to build using Housing Credits.
Since our inception, we have focused on developing housing to enhance the qualitty of life of the families that would occupy our homes. Through careful planning and integration, we look beyond the boundaries of our developments to find synergies with the surrounding community.
